USSD Payment Process Guide
Follow these simple steps to complete your payment

Dial *222#
Start the USSD process by dialing the service code on your mobile device.

Select Option 1: Make Payment
From the main menu, choose the "Make Payment" option.

Select 2: Enter Service Code
On the Make Payment page, select option 2 to enter your service code.

Enter Service Code
Enter the unique identifier associated with the service. Note: Code is CASE SENSITIVE

Enter Reference Number
Once the service is validated, enter your name or organization name as reference.

Enter Amount to Pay
Specify the amount you wish to pay for the selected service.

Confirmation & STK Push
Review the confirmation screen displaying all entered information before finalizing the transaction.

Enter MPESA PIN
If paying via MPESA, enter your PIN for authentication and authorization.

Payment Confirmation
If successful: You'll receive a notification message with payment confirmation.
Alternative payment: Cancel STK push and use the SMS link to access the checkout page for other payment methods.
