Kenya Water Institute

The Kenya Water Institute (KEWI) offers specialized short courses designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of water sector personnel. These programs address critical capacity gaps, promote innovation, and empower participants to make informed decisions in water management, serving public institutions, private entities, and international participants across all professional levels

Charges

Charges for 5 days short courses apply as follows:

  1. Proffessional courses – Kshs. 50,000
  2. Managerial course – Kshs. 45,000
  3. Supervisory courses – Kshs. 35,000
  4. Technical courses – Kshs. 30,000
  5. International participants will be required to pay 20% above normal rates
  6. Tailor-made courses will be charged based on the duration, scope and client specification
Charges

Charges for consultancy trainings apply as follows:

  1. Kshs. 120,000, Kshs.130,000, Kshs.150,000 per day for Technical, Supervisory and Managerial levels respectively for a class of maximum of 20 participants.
  2. If the training is out of KEWI, other training administrative charges included. (Transport & accommodation charges for the facilitators as per the Salary and Remuneration Commission (SRC) recommended rates for minimum of three facilitators.)
Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements can be made upon request at an extra charge for those taking their trainings in KEWI Nairobi Campus.

  1. 1.Bed Only – Kshs. 4000 per person per night
  2. Bed and Breakfast – Kshs. 4500 per person per night
  3. Half Board – Kshs. 5000 per person per night (Bed, Breakfast and Dinner)

Upon identifying a course based on your criteria, apply through the options here and
you will receive a letter of offer and an invoice.
